These terms and conditions are valid for all services provided by GITC aps from May 1, 2023, and replace any previous versions.
Services from GITC aps are delivered in accordance with the current product descriptions available on our website. Prices for services are inclusive of VAT and listed on the website at the time of ordering. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.
Services are activated immediately after payment is received, and access is provided via the control panel.
Ordering of domain names is subject to specific rules for each domain type, which the customer must accept. These rules can be found on our website. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability cannot be guaranteed. The customer agrees that the domain name does not infringe on the rights of others.
Certain additional services may have limited availability. These can be ordered via the control panel or by direct contact.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the legality of the content on their servers. GITC aps reserves the right to remove illegal or controversial content without notice.
Consumers have a 14-day right of cancellation, however, this does not apply to customized services such as domain names.
The payment term is 14 days from the date of the invoice. Late payment will incur interest. If payment is not made after three reminders, the case will proceed to debt collection.
GITC aps disclaims liability for indirect losses and consequential damages arising from our services or force majeure.
Copying or other use of our products and ideas outside the scope of the agreement is not permitted.
The customer is responsible for not infringing third-party rights and must comply with licensing terms for third-party software.
Information about business or technology exchanged between the parties must be kept confidential.
Subscriptions run for a fixed period and are automatically renewed unless cancelled.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and prices. Changes will be announced on our website.
The customer must keep their contact details up to date to ensure the correct delivery of invoices and information.
Disputes are governed by Danish law and the Copenhagen City Court is the proper jurisdiction.
